Teresa is responsible for Coles Marketing's entire accounting function including accounts payable and receivable, bank deposits and reconciliation. Additionally, she manages the firm's media-tracking operations.

More importantly, when there's a party to be thrown, Teresa's got all the answers. As Coles' chief events coordinator, she is responsible for every detail, from the entertainment to the catering staff, right down to the centerpieces on the tables.

She chooses musicians with the swift alacrity of Simon Cowell and keeps the troops in line with the diplomacy of a Broadway stage manager. Her signature quote: “Nothing parties like a rental.”

Teresa holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
