Flash, Java and HTML may be a foreign language to most, but it's all in a day's work for Kevin, who designs, develops and maintains Web sites and visual multimedia for Coles' clients. He also manages the firm's IT systems and coordinates the distribution of e-communications.

Given the responsibilities, you'd guess Kevin to be a professional juggler, but in reality he's a designer with a rock ‘n‘ roll heart — and past. West Virginia-born and raised, Kevin relocated to California and pursued a career as a musician, touring the United States for more than 10 years as a guitarist. He came to Indiana after starting his second career as a graphic designer in Southern California, designing for both print and Web.

Since joining Coles, Kevin traded in the tour bus for a PC, but he still finds time to play “Guitar Hero” with his kids.
