As the senior member of the Coles staff, Chris leads the Restaurant Practice Area, guiding a team of account managers and copywriters in the development of strategies for several highly successful Indianapolis restaurants.

She joined Coles Marketing in 1998 as an associate after serving as public relations manager for the city of Noblesville. She also served for five years as executive director of Hear Indiana, a nonprofit association for hearing-impaired children. Fortunately, she's never served time (except the occasional long meeting).

Chris is a past member of the board of directors of St. Joseph Institute for the Deaf, a day school in Indianapolis for profoundly deaf children.
